Cooking with love!

So I told you in the previous post that I found some cute heart-shaped past and
I was planing to cook them for mi fiance on Valentines's Day, so I decided to use
them in a spagetti bolognese repice!

So here is how I cooked them:
- first put a pot with water and a pinch of salt and let the water to boil,
when the water stars boiling add the pasta for 5-7 minutes
- meanwhile you can start preparing the sauce: chop a small onion, put some olive oil
in  a saucepan and add the onion, after this you cand add the beef mince, but I
used some bacon because I don't really like beef mince!
- now add the tomatoes - I used a blender to mix them into a sauce - and spices!
Simmer for at least 45 minutes.
This is not a true bolognese sauce, but a variation that I like more!

When the pasta is boiled put them in a strainer  and then turn on the cold water
and rinse the spaghetti under the water. After this put them back in the pan,
add some butter, while the cooker is on , so we can heat them, this will help to
keep the pasta from sticking onto each-other. Now you can finally add the sauce!
Serve it with some whine and a lot of LOVE!

For desert we had the fruit of love STRAWBERRYES!

Because yesterday was a day full of love I prepared a romantic meal for my better half , we exchange gifts and after that we had a great time with other couples playing some games and enjoying some drinks at our favourite tea spot  - Kokoon tea shop & more
It was a great day !

xoxo
